For independent clinics in Los Angeles

When a patient asks AI where to go, does it name your clinic?

Cited tests what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity tell patients about clinics like yours. Then we do the work to get you named.

One page. Free. Every number backed by an answer you can read.

An example with the names removed. Your report shows the real ones.

Google gives a patient ten links. An AI assistant gives them three names. If yours isn't one of them, the patient never sees you.

How it works

An AI assistant doesn't know your clinic. It searches the web, reads a few pages, and repeats what they say. So we find out what it reads, and fix what it finds.

1 · TEST

The free report

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity 14 questions a patient would type, like "What's the best weight loss clinic in Los Angeles?" You get one page: how often you were named, and who was named instead.

2 · FIX

The work

We write pages that answer patient questions plainly, correct how your clinic is described across the web, and get you onto the lists and directories the assistants read.

3 · TRACK

The proof

We ask the same questions every week and show you the count, next to your competitors. You see the work and the numbers, whether they go up or down.

What we do

Four things, every month.

  • Weekly trackingThe same patient questions, asked to each assistant every week. Your clinic counted against up to five competitors.
  • Pages AI can quoteWhat you offer, who prescribes it, what it costs. Written plainly, approved by you before anything is published.
  • Listings where AI looksThe audit shows which directories, lists and review sites the assistants read in your market. We get your clinic onto them, described the same way everywhere.
  • A report you can followA short video every week and a scorecard every month.

What we won't do

This matters more in medicine than anywhere.

  • promises about rankings, patients or datesThe AI companies control what their assistants say. We promise the work and honest numbers.
  • fake reviews or fake "best of" listsAnd no posts pretending to be a patient. Ever.
  • claims the FDA objects toWe won't call a compounded drug FDA-approved or "the same as" a brand name, or promise results.
  • patient informationWe never need names, records or photos, and we ask you not to send any.

Who it's for

Owner-run clinics where patients pay directly and choose for themselves.

Men's health and TRT

Testosterone and hormone clinics with one to eight locations.

Med spas with a medical side

Practices that offer weight loss or hormone therapy alongside aesthetics.

Questions owners ask

Short answers. Ask us anything that isn't here.

Is this just SEO?

It overlaps. SEO gets you onto Google's list of links. This is about being one of the few names an AI assistant says out loud. That depends less on your own site and more on the lists, directories and reviews the assistants read.

How do you test what AI says?

We send ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the same 14 questions a patient would type, with live web search on, and save every answer word for word. ChatGPT is asked twice: once as a patient near your clinic, once as a patient elsewhere in the city. Where you're standing changes who it names.

It says something different every time. Doesn't that make the test meaningless?

One answer means little, which is why the report counts 42 of them and says so on the page. It's a snapshot. Tracking it every week is what turns a snapshot into a trend.

Can you guarantee we'll be named?

No, and nobody honestly can. We promise the work, and you see the numbers every week.

How long does it take?

We can't promise a date. Changes to your own site and listings are usually picked up first. Mentions on other sites take longer. The first term is 90 days so there's time to see movement.

We already have a marketing company.

Good. The free report gives them the first three fixes. We add the weekly testing and the legwork of getting you onto the sites AI reads. We don't do ads, social media or website redesigns.

What does it cost?

The report is free. Paid work is a monthly service that depends on how much of the clinic we cover, and there is a tracking-only option. We'd rather give you a real number after a 20-minute call than a guess here.
